Markeanson Holding Limited  was incorporated and began operations in 1989. Ever since its incorporation the company has been involved in the logistics, transport, and supply chain business. In particular the company has been involved in the supply of marine and offshore transportation to the oil drilling industry and in hauling bulk materials for the oil industry, construction, and manufacturing industries. In addition, the Company has been representing various overseas suppliers of goods and machineries intermediating between these supplies and the Nigerian importers, and providing port handling, shipping logistics and deliveries to the importers.

As a total logistics and transportation Service House, the Company had set up Auto Kwit Fit, a specialized Division, providing fully computerized auto diagnosis and repair and maintenance services. The Company’s fleet of customer service vehicles included heavy duty, radio-controlled towing trucks for the recovery of broken down vehicle and trucks anywhere in Nigeria.

Over the years, Markeanson Holdings Limited has distinguished itself in commerce and industry both on the domestic and international scene, securing membership of reputable bodies.  The company is a member of Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC), Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN).  On the international scene, it is a member of the German Chamber of Commerce and an affiliate of the Spanish and American Embassies Commercial Departments.

The Company's international status is attested to by its being granted a positive status report/credit rating by Dun & Bradstreet of the United Kingdom, the leading and most popular credit rating company in the world.  Arising from this, Markeanson has been featured in the major company listing in “The Dun & Bradstreet African States CD-ROM 2000” which is the leading business reference publication covering this part of the world.
