Markeanson Holdings Limited was incorporated on the 7th day of June 1989 and began operations same year. Ever since its incorporation the company has the company has carried on business through four main Operating Divisions deliberately created as specialized business arms to cater to the needs of industry. These are, Construction Products Division (CPD), Industrial & General Commodities Division (IGC), Overland Haulage Division (OHD), Dredging and Marine Services Division (DMSD).

We believe that we do not have to see Markeanson Holdings Incorporated as it is, but as it can become. Our vision therefore is to appropriate the largest market share by offering customer service that is far superior to that offered by competitors, gaining the strongest reputation with our customers and acquiring recognition as the market leader, with sustained higher returns on invested capital.
